1. Introduction

SmokeWizardsNI specialises in the sale of smoke grenades, confetti cannons, and related products, as well as the hire of equipment for events, such as weddings. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or hire products from SmokeWizardsNI.

By placing an order or hiring equipment, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements and that you are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of the products.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Smoke Grenades and Confetti Cannons

All products are intended for outdoor use unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all safety instructions provided with the product(s).

3.2 A Service Provided by Smoke Wizards

All hired equipment must be returned in the same condition it was provided.

A service provided by Smoke Wizards may require a security deposit.

That my date is only secured with a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total bill with the remaining amount to be paid no later than 14 days before the booked dated.

Venues must be informed of the equipment being used as refunds WILL NOT  be given if turned away.

SmokeWizardsNI reserves the right to charge for late returns, damage, or loss of equipment.

4. Ordering and Payments

Orders and bookings can be placed via our website, in person, or over the phone.

Full payment (or a deposit for equipment hire) is required at the time of purchase or booking.

Payment methods include [e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Klarma].

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Product Sales

Returns for unused, unopened products are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Refunds for defective products will only be processed after an inspection has been completed.

5.2 Equipment Hire

Cancellations for equipment hire must be made at least 28 days before the event date to qualify for a refund.

Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the booking deposit.

6. Delivery and Collection

Products and hired equipment can be collected in person or delivered to the specified address for an additional fee.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present at the delivery address during the agreed-upon time.

Delivery fees and timelines will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Smoke grenades and confetti cannons must be used responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions. Misuse can result in injury or property damage.

Customers must ensure the use of these products complies with local laws and event venue policies.

8. Liability

SmokeWizardsNI is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents arising from improper use of products or equipment.

Customers are solely responsible for any damages caused to hired equipment or property during its use.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products or services for:

Illegal or unauthorised purposes.

Activities that violate local safety laws or regulations.
